She is highly motivated and committed to advancing food safety, streamlining processes, and fostering collaboration. With a proven track record in overseeing food manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to regulations, and spearheading continuous improvement efforts, she has consistently achieved success.

Food Safety & Quality
Assurance Manager
Mansha brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the CBL Operations Department. She possesses a Master of Science degree in Biochemistry and has achieved HACCP Level 3 Certification. Additionally, she holds both Certified Auditor and Lead Auditor credentials. Her primary responsibility is to offer proactive leadership and guidance in Food Safety and Quality Assurance within the company.

Andrea brings over 20 years of experience across various sectors of CBL, having led our wholesale operations for more than a decade. She currently manages purchasing and logistics and plays a crucial role in product development and quality control.

Health and Safety Manager
Jonathan has been a part of CBL since 2022, serving in multiple roles throughout the company. He brings extensive knowledge to our operations department as Health and Safety Manager. His primary responsibility involves implementing all health and safety strategies and policies.
